I recently planned to buy the MacBook Air M5 and explored both Apple official stores and channel partners. The official store experience was honestly below expectations, while channel partners were better.
Invent stood out mainly because of their CX support team. They were the first to connect, explained offers clearly, and gave the best pricing compared to others. Really professional and helpful.
I then visited the Gaur City Mall store, where I was told the product was out of stock. The staff tried to help, but there was no clarity on timelines. After speaking to the store head, I was told stock might arrive soon.
The real issue with this store is poor call handling. I tried multiple times the next day and calls were either not picked or I got incomplete information. This needs serious improvement because it directly affects customer trust.
After that, I contacted the Grand Venice Mall store. Initially, I was quoted incorrect pricing, but once I mentioned my discussion with the CX team, they connected me to the store head.
The store head at Grand Venice Mall completely changed the experience. Very professional, clear, and solution-oriented. They confirmed availability of the Midnight variant and handled everything smoothly when I visited. This is exactly how a customer should be treated.
Strong appreciation to the CX support team and the Grand Venice Mall store head. They made the entire purchase experience smooth and reliable.
At the same time, Gaur City store staff needs better training in communication, clarity, and responsiveness. Pricing communication across stores should also be consistent.
One more honest feedback. The Vakus 5 in 1 speaker being given as a freebie is honestly not worth it. Sound quality and charging are poor. Instead of pushing this as a high-value product, it would be better to offer a small additional discount.
Overall, the experience ended well because of the right people, but there are clear gaps that need attention.
