We recently visited to purchase an iPad, and overall, the experience was quite good. The staff was helpful, and we were able to find what we needed. However, one of the salespeople was a bit persistent in recommending additional products, even after we declined a few times. While I understand they were trying to be helpful, it would have been more comfortable if the approach had been a bit more relaxed. That said, the overall service was still positive, and we left satisfied with our purchase.
