I visited the Rohini store and overall the buying experience was smooth with a good range of products. However, the sales executive initially promised a complimentary laptop sleeve, which was one of the reasons I went ahead with the purchase. After payment, he flatly denied ever making that offer and instead tried pushing discounts on expensive bags.
This felt misleading and unprofessional, especially from an authorized Apple reseller like iNvent. If a salesperson can lie about something so small, it makes you wonder about the credibility of other information they provide. Anyone reading please be cautious, clarify everything upfront, and preferably get it in writing.
