The customer service was top-tier. I was greeted within seconds of walking in and guided to exactly where I needed to go. I went in mainly to check out the new iPhone and Apple Watch, but I ended up staying longer than I expected just exploring everything. The staff were friendly, not pushy at all, and genuinely helpful. One team member even gave me a quick walkthrough of some iOS features I hadn’t tried yet — above and beyond what I expected.
