I recently visited Apple Imagine Store again, and my experience this time was much better.
The staff was more attentive and handled things in a smoother way compared to before. I could see a positive change in how customers were being managed, and the overall service felt more organized.
While there is still some scope for improvement during busy hours, overall I am satisfied with the experience now. Everything was handled properly, and it felt like the team is working towards better customer service.
