I recently purchased a phone from this store. Overall, the staff is helpful, polite, and explains the products and features very clearly. I appreciate the way customers are guided during the purchase.
However, during my visit with my sister, I noticed a person in the store. I am not sure whether he was an employee or a friend of one, but his behavior felt a bit over-smart and not very professional. It made us slightly uncomfortable.
I would kindly request the management to ensure equal and respectful treatment for every customer. Also, if friends or outsiders are present in the store, they should maintain proper civic sense and professionalism.
